In TMR, we are committed to the development of each person in our work team, we manage this through a constant preparation of abilities and knowledge oriented to personal growth taking actions that impact and benefit each person individually.

Through out the year we calendar a series of activities y trainings for the growth TMR’s working team, by doing this, we are positively benefit each member of our organization. We are now implementing a program called 5’s which consists of 5 basic steps that search for improvement of life quality at work.

The attitudes and effort are also important because quality is defined by the clients through results and perception of the service they receive from us. In TMR, in order to accomplish the most important thing, keeping our clients happy, our people is first.
